KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client on the North Shore looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity offering a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and is paying

$60-$70K + bonus depending on experience.

The responsibilities for this role will include

  • Manage AR transactions, customer billing, cash applications, and collections
  • Maintain AR aging and resolve customer payment discrepancies
  • Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close
  • Assist with credit reviews, reporting, and audit requests

The Experience Required For This Role

  • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, and/or Collections experience
  • Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
  • NetSuite experience is a strong plus

Compensation: $60-$70K + Bonus
