Staff RN - GI Procedure Lab

The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role within an interdisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care.

They are responsible for performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Partnering with patients and families to tailor care plans that respect cultural diversity and individual goals.
• Coordinating and documenting safe, efficient clinical care while fostering teamwork and respectful communication.
• Participating in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Supporting professional development by mentoring colleagues and maintaining clinical competencies.
• Contributing to protocol development and resource management for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications Include

• Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree.
• Current RN license as per state requirements.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and other required training.
• Minimum of 5 years recent, relevant acute care experience.
