$110,000–$160,000 base + $20,000–$35,000 in commission opportunities + health insurance

I’m recruiting an Associate Attorney for a plaintiff-side employment law firm in Manhattan. This is an opportunity to handle interesting, impactful discrimination and harassment matters while helping employees navigate some of the most consequential moments of their working lives.

You’ll work closely with an experienced employment litigator on cases involving workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation. The role offers substantive litigation work, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to develop your advocacy skills.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Represent employees in meaningful workplace disputes

• Contribute to legal research, drafting, discovery, and case preparation

• Work closely with senior counsel on litigation strategy

• Build strong client relationships through clear, compassionate communication

We’d welcome conversations with attorneys who bring strong research and writing skills, sound judgment, and an interest in advocating for employees. Employment litigation experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Annual base salary: $110,000–$160,000

• Additional commission opportunities: $20,000–$35,000

• Health insurance

• In-office position in Manhattan
