Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise pharmacy technicians and delivery personnel.
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical sales representatives.
  • Drive pharmacy sales growth and support business development across the Houston territory.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Manage operational expenses and contribute to profitability.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and professional standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Candidate Requirements

  • PharmD degree required.
  • Valid pharmacist license applicable to the position.
