About Ice Realm

Ice Realm is a hockey and skating facility serving Southern California players of all ages and skill levels. Our youth programs help kids discover the game, build skills, and grow as players and teammates.

The Role

We’re looking for a part-time Youth Hockey Coordinator to help run and grow youth hockey programming at our Westminster location. You’ll work with players, families, and coaches to deliver a high-quality, welcoming experience on and off the ice, including our grassroots programs like Learn to Play Hockey 101 and Try Hockey for Free.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day youth hockey programs, sessions, and events
• Support and lead on-ice instruction and player development
• Staff and support all grassroots hockey programs, including Learn to Play Hockey 101 and Try Hockey for Free
• Communicate with parents and families about schedules, registration, and program details
• Work with coaches and staff to keep programs organized and running smoothly
• Help welcome new players and families and encourage retention in our programs
• Uphold a safe, positive, and fun environment for all participants
• Schedule and develop coaches

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of youth hockey development (required)
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays (required)
• Availability for all grassroots hockey programs, such as Learn to Play Hockey 101 and Try Hockey for Free (required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and a passion for growing the game
