I’m working with a nationally recognized law firm looking to add an attorney to its Atlanta Construction & Litigation team. The practice handles major domestic and international construction disputes across infrastructure, power, healthcare, industrial and commercial projects.

The Firm

• National Construction Platform: Join a 30+ attorney team advising clients across the full lifecycle of major construction and infrastructure projects.
• High-Value Disputes: The Atlanta team handles significant litigation and arbitration involving owners, contractors, major subcontractors and equipment manufacturers, with team leadership having litigated more than $2.5B in construction disputes.
• Major Project Exposure: Matters span power plants, oil refineries, hospitals, high-rises, hotels, resorts, industrial facilities and other large-scale infrastructure developments.
• Recognized Practice: The Atlanta construction team is Chambers-ranked in Georgia, with multiple attorneys also recognized by Legal 500 and leading construction-law publications.

The Role

• Construction Litigation: Handle complex disputes involving delay, defects, contract claims, payment issues and major project failures.
• Commercial Litigation: Gain broader exposure to sophisticated business disputes alongside the core construction practice.
• Full Case Responsibility: Work across pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, experts, mediation, arbitration and trial preparation.
• Hands-On Development: Work directly with experienced construction litigators while taking increasing ownership of matters and client relationships.
