Litigation Associate (3-6 Years) | Atlanta

An Atlanta litigation boutique with a national, complex litigation practice is looking for a mid-level associate who wants more from their career: real responsibility, direct mentorship, and sophisticated work from day one. NO BILLABLE HOUR REQUIREMENT.

Who You Are

• 3-6 years of experience, ideally with a strong law firm foundation
• Polished, detail-oriented work product
• Reliable, proactive, and clear in your communication
• Forward-thinking, with sound judgment and good questions
• Receptive to feedback and eager to improve

Experience in commercial litigation, financial services litigation, AAA/FINRA arbitration, or employment litigation is a plus, but strong fundamentals and the drive to grow into new areas matter just as much.
