THE ROLE

Independently manage litigation files.

Handle matters from inception through resolution.

Lead motion practice and litigation strategy.

Work directly with business-focused clients.

Operate in a hands-on boutique environment.

REQUIREMENTS

7 to 10 years litigation experience.

Substantial California business litigation background.

Demonstrated independent file management capability.

Strong motion drafting and practice skills.

Preferred: Employment or entertainment litigation background.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

$220,000 to $250,000 base salary range.

Approximately 1,400 annual billable hour requirement.

Roughly 400 additional contingency-focused production hours.

15% origination credit on attorney-generated business.

50% medical, dental and vision coverage.
