The Role

• Optimize collective operations for scaling AI compute through low-level device driver development.

• Develop and optimize C/C++ implementations of collective communication patterns.

• Collaborate with hardware teams to co-optimize software and specialized AI silicon.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.

• 2+ years of experience in system design or architecture.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
