The City of North Richland Hills, Texas is seeking an accomplished, strategic, and people-centered leader to serve as its next Director of Human Resources. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR executive to join a high-performing organization and help lead the people strategy for a dynamic, growing community in the heart of the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

As the City’s senior HR leader, the Director will play a critical role in:

Advancing a modern, strategic HR function

Managing the City's self-insurance program

Advising executive leadership and City management on workforce strategy
