Our goal is to build a team where every salesperson averages 22 vehicles per month, and we provide the training and support to help our team reach that level.

If you have worked in retail, hospitality, athletics, customer service, or another people-focused role, you may already have the skills needed to succeed in automotive sales. Bowen Scarff Ford is building a small, high-performance sales team. We intentionally keep our staff to 10 salespeople or fewer so each team member has a real opportunity to succeed.

Top performers: $120,000+

Most first-year salespeople earn $60,000-$75,000 while building their book. By year two, the majority are at $85,000

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hybrid sales role working with multiple types of customers. You will:

Meet customers in the showroom and on the lot

Handle inbound phone calls

Respond to internet leads

Send personalized video messages to customers

Guide buyers through the vehicle purchase process

You should be comfortable starting conversations with new people every day and communicating on video.

Schedule

Full-time position

Two days off a week

Requirements

Have a valid driver’s license
