IP Litigation Associate | Oakland, CA

I'm working with a Chambers recognized IP litigation boutique in Oakland, CA that's looking to add a talented associate to its team.

The firm handles significant patent and technology disputes nationwide, including jury trials, PTAB proceedings, Federal Circuit matters, and ITC litigation. Its attorneys bring AmLaw 100 experience to a sophisticated boutique practice.

Don't ley the firm's size fool you. They handle complex, high stakes IP litigation matters.

Who they're looking for:

  • 3-7 years of patent litigation experience
  • Experience handling complex patent infringement disputes
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and work effectively with experts
  • Federal court, PTAB, ITC experience
  • Technical or scientific background (preferred, not required)

Compensation: $175-250k, depending on experience
