We are partnering with a well-established, global organization to identify a high-potential FP&A Manager to join its growing finance team in the Fort Worth area.

What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for assigned business operations.
• Partner with operational and finance leadership to drive profitability, cost efficiencies, and business performance.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor and overhead expenses, operational variances, and profitability trends.
• Support P&L management, month-end reporting, and financial performance reviews.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Approximately 3–7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience; strong candidates with less experience will be considered.
• Experience in FP&A, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or operations finance.
• Understanding of manufacturing costs, financial statements, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Power BI, data analytics, and AI-enabled reporting experience are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Other details

• Location: Fort Worth, TX or Carrollton, TX (mostly onsite with hybrid flexibility)
• Compensation: $110K–$150K base (no bonus currently)
• Schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 remote (flexibility possible)
