Frontline Source Group is partnering with a fast-paced, patient-first dental practice in Abilene, Texas to find a General Dentist who wants full clinical autonomy, built-in mentorship from multiple doctors, and a defined path to practice ownership.

Compensation & Bonuses

Annual Earning Potential: $250,000-$300,000 (production-based)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40,000

Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000

Rent Stipend: Up to $1,000 per month

Continuing Education: $2,000 annually

Total Bonus Package: Up to $50,000 in combined sign-on and relocation bonuses
