I4Dentallab is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join a busy, patient-focused practice in Rio Rancho, NM. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive, collaborative environment with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Perform restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and preventive care procedures
  • Communicate treatment options and recommendations clearly to patients
  • Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and laboratory partners to ensure quality outcomes
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with professional standards

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
  • Experience: New graduates welcome
  • Active New Mexico dental license required
  • Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general dentistry procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation ranging from $250,000 to $300,000 annually
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm, Friday 7:00am-2:00pm
  • Providers: 2 providers
