An established California litigation and business counseling firm with recognized strength in construction law is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to lead construction defect matters from inception through resolution. THE ROLE

Independently manage construction defect cases.

Take ownership of files and trials.

Handle subcontractor and general contractor disputes.

Serve as primary client-facing litigator.

Drive matters from inception through resolution.

REQUIREMENTS

6 to 15 years post-qualification civil litigation experience.

Active California Bar strongly preferred.

Significant construction defect litigation background.

Experience with subcontractor, general contractor and multi-party construction disputes.

Preferred: Second-chair trial experience through preparation and resolution.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

$200,000 base salary for the role.

Hybrid arrangement with 3 days weekly in-office presence.
