Home Health Physical Therapist | Hospital Affiliated | $100K+ Base

  • Minimal Weekend Rotation: Light on-call rotation ($5 weekend differential per visit)

About the Role

Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required (Not open to new grads at this time)
  • Passion for Home Health
  • Experience in the Home Health setting is preferred
  • Servant leader mindset
