Must-haves (last 10 years)

  • 8+ yrs .NET / ASP.NET / MVC / C#, jQuery/JavaScript/HTML
  • 8+ yrs SQL Server (complex queries, stored procs, joins/grouping)
  • 5+ yrs test automation (Java, Python, or Shell Scripting)
  • 5+ yrs defect tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Bugzilla, JAMA)
  • 5+ yrs producing test docs (test plans, specs, strategies)
  • 3+ yrs requirement elicitation / business analysis

Nice-to-haves: T-SQL/triggers/views, CS/CE degree, prior gov or pension/financial systems experience

Logistics

  • Must be willing to work on-site in West Sacramento, CA (hybrid 2-3 days/week once ramped)
  • Estimated start Jan 2027
  • Long-term: 24-month base term, option to extend up to 36 more months
