I'm currently working closely with the hiring team at a well-established plaintiff-side Employment Litigation practice looking to grow its Wage & Hour team. The Role

• Manage plaintiff-side Wage & Hour litigation from inception through resolution.
• Handle class and collective actions under the FLSA and related state laws.
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal briefs.
• Lead discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Support trial and arbitration preparation while collaborating with partners on litigation strategy.

About You

• 5–10 years' litigation experience.
• Active Texas Bar admission in good standing.
• Experience handling complex litigation, class actions or collective actions.
• Strong motion practice, legal writing and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage an active litigation docket.
• Plaintiff-side Wage & Hour or Employment Litigation experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Location

• Houston, Texas.
• Hybrid flexibility potentially available following an initial onboarding period.

Package

• Base salary up to $225,000 DOE.
