• Flexible block schedule averaging 15 shifts per month; days only, 7 am - 7 pm
• Round-and-go model; most shifts completed in 6 - 8 hours
• No nights, no procedures, no codes, and no rapid response team requirements
• No open ICU requirements; full ancillary and specialist support with consults available
• Employed by a private hospitalist group, not the hospital; no hospital administration oversight
• Patient census of 20 with productivity-based bonuses available for higher volume
• NPs cover nights; holidays shared among hospitalists on a rotating schedule
• Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians encouraged to apply; DEA required

Salary from $265000.00 to $275000.00 annually
