Walentine O’Toole, LLP, gladly serving our clients for over 40 years, is seeking a commercial litigation attorney to join its litigation practice in its Omaha, Nebraska office. Experience in creditor bankruptcy and licenses in multiple states will be given additional consideration. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three to five years’ experience in one or both of these areas. Additionally, the attorney must be detailed, have excellent writing skills, good communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with a team, and must also be a self-starter.
