Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 / year

HEDSouth is growing, and we’re looking for an IT Specialist to own the technology that keeps our office, field, and leadership teams running smoothly and securely.

Your Location

• Our Office: 2010 Thomas St Hollywood, FL 33020

Your Schedule

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
• Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm
• Occasional after hours support for urgent outages

Your Contribution to HEDSouth:

• Own The Network: Design, Deploy, Support
• Documentation: Track all systems, accounts, licenses, and configurations
• Support: First and last line of support for internal and client related outages
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams
• Security & Backup: Protect company and client data, maintain backups and recovery plans

Your Ideal Background/Experience:

• 5+ yrs of experience in IT, systems administration, or network administration
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Strong networking and endpoint management skills across Windows and macOS
• Able to explain technical issues in plain language to non-technical staff and clients
• Luxury or high net worth client experience (a plus!)
