Tax Manager Opportunity w/ WLB - San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)

Our client is a highly awarded Mid-Size CPA firm who are actively seeking a dedicated Tax Manager to join its tight-knit team of tax and audit professionals on a Hybrid Schedule at their headquarters in San Antonio, TX. CPA License or J.D. is required (no EA's).

The Firm is known for offering an Exceptional Work-Life Balance, limited Regular and Busy Season Hours (no more than 55 hours per week), no weekends, and Summer Friday schedules! There is also room for Career Growth in this opportunity as the firm prides themselves on putting concise career paths for individuals serious about making it to Partner, having promoted multiple Managers to Partner!!!

Benefits Include

Hours

  • Regular Season: 40 hours per week
  • Busy Season: 55 average hours per week
  • "Summer Fridays ": From the end of May till mid-August, the Firm takes Fridays off!!!
