Title: Labor & Employment Counsel

Location: San Francisco, CA | Hybrid / On-site

Base Salary: $225,000–$250,000+ plus bonus and benefits

The Firm

A respected law firm with an established management-side labor and employment practice is seeking an experienced Counsel to join its San Francisco team. The role offers the opportunity to handle complex employment litigation, advise employer clients on workplace matters and take a leading role in managing cases and client relationships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of management-side labor and employment law experience.
• Active California Bar admission.
• Extensive experience handling employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour disputes, PAGA claims and class actions.
• Strong case management, drafting, advocacy and client-counseling skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently and develop trusted client relationships.
