Our growing Grand Rapids law firm is looking to hire an attorney to join our team. We offer a competitive salary along with commission/bonus structure for an entrepreneurial go getter.

The ideal candidate is someone who is

• licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Michigan, however, we will consider passers of the July 2026 Bar exam; should the right candidate apply.
• able to transition from the calm room of estate planning to the stress of divorce, custody and probate litigation in the courtroom
• committed to put our clients first and help them feel comfortable during what may be a very vulnerable time in their lives
• possess high ethical standards
• draft pleadings and other litigation documents, research laws and opinions relevant to our cases
• be self-motivated, work independently and work well as a team
• dependable, people orientated and able to tolerate high stress from time to time
• able to network within our community in order to continue growing our firm and take advantage of our bonus compensation for bringing in new clients
• have strong communication skills
• be proficient in Microsoft Office
