Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Mission Viejo, CA

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Fee-for-Service)

Job Summary: Seeking a compassionate BCBA to provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on individualized treatment planning, clinical supervision, family collaboration, and supporting children's development and independence.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify programs based on behavioral data.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB standards.
• Participate in clinical meetings and professional development.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing; BCBA-D preferred.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• New Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar assessment tools.
