Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients improve daily living skills, functional independence, and overall quality of life through personalized therapy plans.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor progress.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the care team.

Requirements

  • Active California Occupational Therapist license.
  • Strong clinical and communication skills.
  • Previous OT experience preferred.
