Title: MEP Project Manager

Location: Corona, CA / Jurupa Valley, CA Area

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000

One of California's largest MEP contractors serving multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial construction projects throughout the state. We provide HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and broader MEP construction services and are growing our team. Looking to bring on a strong PM with experience in the MEP world.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead project schedules, budgets, forecasting, billing, and profitability
• Manage change orders, contract administration, risk mitigation, and client communications
• Build relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
• Coordinate with estimating, purchasing, engineering, and field operations teams
• Mentor Assistant PMs, Project Coordinators, and project staff
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and financial objectives

What You Need For This Position

• 5+ years of construction project management experience within an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or MEP contracting environment
• Proven success delivering multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or large residential construction projects
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Strong ownership of project financials including forecasting, budgeting, billing, cash flow, cost control, and profitability
• Experience managing contracts, RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, and risk mitigation
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
• Experience leading project teams, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating field and office personnel
• Strong knowledge of construction project delivery methods and construction best practices
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Spectrum, or similar construction management software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
