Location: Fullerton, CA (Onsite)

Salary: $58,000 - $60,000 + Benefits

A leading transportation and logistics organization is seeking a Sr. Billing Specialist to join its growing team.

Manage the full billing cycle from shipment entry to invoice completion

Process, audit, and reconcile freight invoices

Resolve billing discrepancies and customer billing inquiries

Apply customer contract rates and pricing schedules

Maintain billing records and ensure invoice accuracy

Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Collections, and Sales teams

3+ years of freight, transportation, logistics, or billing experience

Experience with invoice processing, auditing, and reconciliations

Strong Excel skills required

Knowledge of customer contract rates and freight billing processes

TruckMate experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
