Sophisticated Work Without the Manhattan Commute

We are a boutique construction litigation firm representing contractors, developers, subcontractors, design professionals, and sureties in complex disputes throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

We handle high-value payment disputes, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, bond claims, delay and disruption claims, defective construction cases, and contract enforcement matters in state and federal courts and arbitration forums.

We are seeking a self-starting Senior Associate (5–7+ years) with meaningful construction litigation experience and strong writing skills who is ready to:

• Take ownership of sophisticated matters

• Draft and argue complex motions and appeals

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Work directly with construction industry decision-makers

• Practice regionally across multiple jurisdictions

• Eliminate the daily Manhattan commute

This role is ideal for a NYC-trained litigator looking to maintain high-level work while stepping into greater responsibility within a focused, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of commercial litigation experience

• Meaningful construction litigation exposure

• Admission in New York and New Jersey (CT admission a plus)

• Strong motion practice experience

• Deposition experience

• Ability to independently manage matters

Compensation

In compliance with the New York City Salary Transparency Law, the good-faith annual base salary range is:

$155,000 – $190,000+

Compensation is based on experience, multi-jurisdictional capability, and demonstrated litigation skill.
