Are you outgoing, customer-focused, and motivated to succeed? We are looking for an enthusiastic BDC Agent to join our dealership team and help us connect with customers, schedule appointments, and drive sales!

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and internet leads.
• Follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and text.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle sales and test drives.
• Contact potential customers and follow up with previous leads.
• Maintain accurate customer information .
• Confirm appointments and help improve traffic.
• Provide excellent customer service and support the service team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
• Previous automotive, sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
