What You'll Do

  • Learn the daily operations of a skilled nursing facility
  • Assist with resident care services and facility management
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development efforts
  • Participate in management meetings and training programs
  • Learn state and federal regulations for long-term care
  • Assist with budgeting, financial operations, and business management
  • Support facility marketing and community outreach initiatives

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
  • Be a resident of Washington
  • Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn healthcare regulations and facility operations
