Pastry and Bakery Chef - Livonia, MI area

Our client, an upscale gourmet market, is searching for a hands on Pastry Chef to oversee production of all scratch made cakes and desserts. Must have supervisory experience. 5 day work week, 50 hours, off Sunday and Monday. Bread /starter experience a plus.

  • Muffins, Cookies
  • Tiramisu, Cannoli’s
  • Quiche, Cheesecakes
  • Brownies, Sfogliatelle.
  • Mousse, Specialty Desserts

Salary range $70-80,000++ Health Care Benefits.
