What You'll Do

• Provide live coaching support to technicians during customer calls and appointments
• Help technicians present multiple service and product options effectively (Good, Better, Best)
• Lead virtual presentations for larger ticket items, using video software to engage customers
• Partner with technicians to qualify leads and close sales
• Perform occasional ride-alongs to offer hands-on coaching
• Track and analyze performance metrics to keep the team sharp

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in a high-performing sales role
• Experience in residential services such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is highly preferred
• Strong sales instincts and proven ability to build trust quickly
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to provide direct, honest feedback while fostering a positive team environment
• Comfortable with using technology including video conferencing and CRM tools
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Self-motivated with a process-driven approach and attention to detail

Position pays $50,000.00-$150,000.00 and beyond, in annual salary!
