Runner/Office Assistant

Office Assistant Position – at a well-respected Santa Barbara law firm.
· Seeking a reliable, personable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys a variety of office tasks including handling phone calls, data entry, copying, scanning, mail, errands, ordering and stocking supplies, basic housekeeping and office projects as needed
· This is a full-time, in-person position in downtown Santa Barbara
· Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
· At least a one-year commitment
Skills and Abilities Required
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Email, Word and Excel
· Experience answering, transferring phone calls and taking accurate messages
· Experience with office machinery (copiers, printers, scanners)
· Typing at least 35 wpm
· Driver’s license and daily access to a car for nearby errands
· Ability to lift 25 pounds
· Ability to commute daily to downtown Santa Barbara
