Position Summary

We are looking for a goal driven, detail-oriented, empathetic, and hospitality focused Medical Assistant who is passionate about client care and eager to contribute to our mission of enhancing beauty and confidence while providing a hospitality experience. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day clinical operations, support our providers, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with client intake, consents, and medical history.
• Support providers during treatments.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment environment.
• Prep and dispose of treatment trays properly.
• Manage client records, appointment notes, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory, front desk tasks, notecards, and photo documentation.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care.

What We’re Looking For

• Students or recent grads pursuing a future in nursing, PA, or NP school.
• Interest in medical aesthetics as a future career path.
• Previous clinical or aesthetic experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
