THE BASICS
Starting pay: $20 per hour, DOE
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Start date: Immediate
Position Description
As an Office Assistant / Bookkeeper, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly at our busy Anchorage shop. This role combines bookkeeping, administrative support, customer service, and helping improve office systems and workflows. From managing invoices and financial records to assisting customers and supporting the team, no two days look exactly the same.
We’re also interested in someone who is open to learning and implementing modern tools, including AI-powered software and automation tools, to help improve efficiency and organization across the business.

General Requirements
• Previous bookkeeping or office administration experience preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
