Associate Attorney Position

Estate & Elder Law Practice | $50,000-$60,000 Annual Salary

Great opportunity to join a growing estate and elder law firm! We're seeking an Associate Attorney to join our busy practice, assisting clients with Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, etc.), Probate/Trust Administration, and Elder Law (Medicaid, Guardianships, etc.).

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually (firm, non-negotiable)

Location & Schedule

  • Primary office located in Fishers, Indiana
  • Regular travel to satellite offices in Franklin, Rockville and Wabash required
  • In-office position (remote work not available)
  • Standard business hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Work-life balance focused: No expectation of working beyond business hours

First Year Focus

We have established a structured training program for new associates focusing on:

  • Developing technical knowledge in estate and elder law
  • Building behind-the-scenes knowledge in our practice areas
  • Note: Direct client interaction will be limited during the first year as you build skills and knowledge
