On the Go RV Pros is a fast-growing, family-owned mobile RV repair and inspection company serving South Florida. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an RV Service Coordinator.
This position is ideal for someone who excels at organization, customer service, multi-tasking, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
- Part-Time
- 25-30 hours per week
- Pay: Up to $25/hour based on experience
- Primarily in-office position in Port St. Lucie, FL
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, texts, and client inquiries
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing technician workflows
- Order, track, and organize RV parts and materials
- Coordinate parts deliveries and vendor communication
- Assist technicians with parts sourcing and inventory
- Create estimates and invoices
- Maintain organized customer and job records
- Support day-to-day office and service operations
Requirements
- Previous RV industry experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a service coordinator required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience sourcing parts and communicating with vendors
- Experience with Jobber or other CRM software
- Must have favorable background check
