Responsibilities

• Prepare and accurately complete job start documentation
• Review projects with foremen, including scope, schedule, materials, tooling, and phasing
• Review alternates, premium time requirements, qualifications, and exceptions
• Manage scheduling on larger projects, including coordination with outside vendors
• Visit job sites regularly to stay connected to progress and resolve issues proactively

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction (or related field)
• Project management and estimating experience
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts without chaos
• Someone who values professionalism, teamwork, and long-term growth
