I am currently working with a Mid-Size Full-Service firm who are actively seeking to hire a Litigation Associate; as they look to increase headcount for their Manhattan team and continue their recent growth. Here are the headlines:

Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Commercial Litigation Matters - Manage a broad portfolio of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business torts as well as some Civil Litigation matters
• Develop Case Strategy and Drive Outcomes - Formulate and execute litigation strategies, overseeing all phases of disputes including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
• Courtroom Advocacy and Dispute Resolution - Lead appearances in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation, handling hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and strategic insight.
• Client Advisory and Relationship Management - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear, commercially focused guidance on risk, exposure, and dispute resolution strategies while building long-term client relationships.

• Up to $180K Base
