The Role
As Property Manager, you'll independently manage a mixed-use commercial portfolio across the Twin Cities metro serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors. You'll report to our Asset Manager and work alongside a tight, high-performing team that includes a Property Controller, Facilities Manager, and brokerage group. This is a critical hire that directly supports Inventure's next phase of growth.
What You'll Own
- Full portfolio management across multi-tenant office, medical, retail, and industrial assets in the Twin Cities
- Tenant relations, lease administration, and CAM reconciliations — executed independently and on schedule
- Monthly operations reports with variance analysis; annual budget preparation with the Property Controller
- Vendor management: proposals, bids, work orders, and project coordination
- Accounts receivable tracking and delinquency follow-up per lease terms
- Regular property inspections with documented follow-up action plans
- Coordination with Facilities Manager on maintenance priorities and capital projects
- Lease abstract maintenance and critical date tracking across the portfolio
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of commercial property management experience with independent portfolio ownership
Proven CAM reconciliation experience in multi-tenant commercial properties
Ability to manage 20+ concurrent tenant relationships with urgency and professionalism
Proficiency in Yardi Voyager or comparable property management software
Full working knowledge of commercial lease structures, financials, and administration
Strong written and verbal communication with owners, tenants, vendors, and leadership
Preferred
- CPM, RPA, or active pursuit of a professional designation (Inventure supports credentialing)
- 200,000+ SF portfolio experience in multi-tenant commercial office/Medical
- Familiarity with medical tenant management and/or industrial property operations

Compensation
$75,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
