About Noble Mentors
Noble Mentors provides therapeutic mentoring for teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, executive functioning challenges, failure-to-launch dynamics, social disconnection, treatment transitions, and the developmental work of building healthy independence.
Our mentors work directly with clients in real life — helping them build emotional maturity, practical life skills, self-leadership, direction, and grounded capability. As our organization grows, we are hiring a licensed therapist to support the parent and family-systems side of the work.
Position Overview
The Parent Support Therapist will provide parent coaching and family systems support for families enrolled in Noble Mentors services. This role is primarily focused on working with parents, though occasional family sessions may include the teen or young adult client when appropriate.
This is not a psychotherapy role under Noble Mentors. The role is focused on parent coaching, family support, communication planning, boundaries, family contracts, treatment-transition support, relapse/enabling dynamics, and helping parents better support the mentoring process.
If the therapist also has a private practice, there may be opportunities for a preferred referral relationship for therapy when clinically appropriate. Referrals are not guaranteed, and families always retain full freedom of choice.

- Provide parent coaching and family support sessions via Zoom
- Help parents develop clearer boundaries, expectations, and communication strategies
