Supply Chain Director

Our Client | Hacienda Heights, CA | On-Site Up to $250,000 + Bonus

Why Our Client?

  • One of the largest diversified suppliers to the foodservice and retail industries — serving iconic QSR brands globally
  • Stable, recession-resistant industry with lasting impact and long-term career security
  • Values-driven, people-first culture — long-tenured employees and internal promotions are the norm
  • Comprehensive benefits — medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, gym discounts & wellness perks
  • National non-profit foundation committed to giving back to the communities it serves

The Role

A senior supply chain leadership role requiring a strategic yet highly execution-focused leader. You'll own end-to-end site operations — demand planning, materials management, production scheduling, warehousing, inventory control, and customer fulfillment — in a fast-paced, shelf-life–sensitive food manufacturing environment. Warehouse must report directly to this role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Translate S&OP demand plans into executable supply strategies delivering high service levels
  • Lead warehouse operations — inventory accuracy, expense management, and P&L
  • Drive materials planning and production scheduling to ensure uninterrupted product supply
  • Champion correct use of D365 ERP/MRP planning functions and data integrity
  • Manage working capital for raw materials and finished goods; minimize scrap and obsolescence
  • Develop KPI metrics and communicate cross-functionally with Sales, QA, Operations, and Procurement
  • Lead, develop, and manage Production Planners, Materials Buyers, Inventory Control, and Warehouse Managers

What We Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
  • 7–15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
  • Warehouse must report or have reported directly to this role — required
  • Strong background in food manufacturing planning, scheduling, and warehouse operations — required
  • Expert-level MRP knowledge and ERP experience — D365 strongly preferred
  • Experience managing working capital in a shelf-life sensitive operation
  • CPIM certification (APICS/ASCM) preferred
