Neatly Dunn, Closets & Custom Spaces is looking for a skilled, motivated installer to help bring custom designs to life in our clients’ homes. We provide design & Installation services for homeowners and business owners who want to improve the function, organization, and aesthetics of their spaces.

The company specializes in space planning and custom storage solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Projects include custom closets, pantries, offices, craft rooms, wall beds, and garages.

Neatly Dunn focuses on creating practical, visually appealing organizational systems that maximize every inch of space. If a client can store something in it, Neatly Dunn can design and build it.

What You’ll Do

On a typical day, the Installer reviews project plans, loads materials and tools, and travels to client sites to install custom storage systems. The Installer measures and verifies layouts, assembles and mounts components, performs adjustments for proper fit and finish, and ensures all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. The role involves communicating clearly with clients and the internal team, documenting completed work, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The Installer may also assist with minor on-site design adjustments, quality checks, and follow-up visits as needed.

Skills

• Install custom closet systems, pantries, offices, garage cabinetry, Murphy beds, and more
• Work from plans created by our designers and build on-site in the customer’s home.
• Remove existing wire rack & built-ins from a customer’s home
• Install systems independently (unless they require assistance due to size or complexity)
• Maintain all work areas and tools in safe and working conditions
• Represent our company with professionalism
• Ensure each install exceeds expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

What We’re Looking For

· Preferred but not required; Previous experience in custom storage systems, closets, cabinetry, finish carpentry, or home improvement

· Must have/ maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Reliable transportation to the office. A company van will be provided for transportation to jobs

· Able to walk, lift 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design plans

· Positive attitude and good communication skills

· Willingness to learn and follow company standards is essential

· Clean background and ability to pass a drug screen

We Offer

• Starting pay is $30–$40/hour (based on experience level)
• Hours M-F, 8 am to 5 pm
• For full-time hires, a $1000 FSA card for healthcare-associated expenses
