Overview

Seeking a senior leader to build and scale enterprise AI Governance, including Responsible AI, Risk Management, Compliance, and Model Governance frameworks. This role will drive strategy and execution for safe, ethical, and compliant AI adoption across the enterprise.

Key Focus Areas

• Enterprise AI governance strategy & operating model
• Responsible AI (ethics, fairness, explainability)
• AI risk management (bias, privacy, regulatory alignment)
• AI lifecycle governance (MLOps, LLMOps, model oversight)
• Governance boards, controls, and audit readiness
• Cross-functional leadership (Legal, Risk, Security, Data, Tech)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IS, Data Science, Risk Management, Business, Law, or a related field.
• 15+ years in technology, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, data governance, AI, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise programs and cross-functional teams.
• AI governance / model risk / responsible AI experience
• Enterprise program leadership
• Strong knowledge of NIST AI RMF, AI regulations, compliance
• Experience embedding governance into AI/ML lifecycle
