Territory Sales Executive – Optical Solutions

Covers Inland Empire

Join a global leader in premium optical technology. Our client is seeking a driven sales professional to grow and support a thriving $3–4M territory already performing at 100% of quota.

What You’ll Do

Make 5–6 daily calls to Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, and Opticians
Manage and expand existing accounts while driving new business
Represent cutting-edge lens technology, coatings, and digital tools
Partner with practices to enhance patient outcomes and business growth

What You Bring

2–12 years of sales experience
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Familiarity with healthcare, optical, or technical sales preferred

Compensation & Perks

Base salary: $85-90K + $38K first-year commission
Car allowance ($500/month) + mileage
Top reps earn $200K–$250K
