Most Plant Manager roles are about keeping production running.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day plant operations across production teams

• Support and develop supervisors across multiple shifts

• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence

• Monitor productivity, quality, labour, materials, and equipment performance

• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Work closely with internal teams to keep production aligned with business needs

• Mentor and develop employees to support long-term growth and succession planning

What We're Looking For

• 6–8+ years of plant, production, or manufacturing leadership experience

• Background in heavy manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial production

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement

• Engineering, industrial, or related technical qualification preferred

• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving ability
