Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

• Education: Successfully completed, or currently completing, an accredited residency program.
• Board Status: Must be board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology.
• Licensure: Active Oregon Physician's license (or willingness to obtain one if offered a position).
• Credentialing: Must maintain valid state-level Controlled Substance licensure and Federal DEA registration, as applicable to your specialty.
• Life Support: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
