Behavior Technician (BT) – Paid Training + Growth Opportunities

Salary: $21.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Afternoon Shift | Monday–Friday (Flexible Hours)

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children/adolescents
  • Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills
  • Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA
  • Track progress and document session notes
  • Communicate with supervisors and scheduling team

New to ABA?

No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You’ll learn evidence-based strategies that make a real difference in children’s development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Patient, reliable, and compassionate individuals
  • Enjoy working with children and being active/engaging
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius

(ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required!)

Schedule Requirements

  • Afternoon availability (after school hours)
  • At least 4 days per week
  • Occasional weekend availability may be requested
